Refund policy

We want our customers to be happy. If you are not happy with your frame purchase you may return it to us within 15 days. Once we receive the item in the same condition it was shipped to you originally, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs as well as the return shipping costs.

Refunds are not given for custom gates unless the issue is related to workmanship or damage in transit.  Refunds will not be issued if a gate does not fit due to the inaccuracy of the measurements provided by the customer.   In either case, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve your issues to the best of our ability.
