This listing is an add on for customers who have unusual gate settings or specific needs, for example: curved or angled walls; bi fold doors; offset newels; wall and newel offset; specialized hardware or handsets; etc. These gates take us more time to draw out and build so this charge helps to take care of that. Once we receive your photo we'll let you know if this charge is necessary.
Payments
We use Etsy direct checkout and accept all major debit and credit cards as well as money orders, and personal checks.
For TN residents there will be a 9.25% sales tax added.
For all custom orders we require payment in full upon ordering.
Should you wish to cancel an order you may do so at any time before we have started building your item. If it's a custom order that you wish to cancel and we have already started building it, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.
Shipping from United States
We ship via FedEx ground, and all items are insured. Our shipping costs are based on shipping from our address in TN to the midwest and the east coast. If you live in any of the following states we'll need to quote shipping for furniture based on your zip code as there will most likely be additional charges for shipping these larger pieces: WA, MT, OR, ID, WY, UT, NV, CA, AZ and AK. Another shipping option for large items is Greyhound and we can gladly check into that for you as well.
Should your purchase arrive to you damaged we ask that you contact us ASAP and keep all of the packaging in order for us to file a claim. We will send you a return shipment label immediately and either expedite replacing your order, or refund your cost if necessary.
If you live close enough to us that you choose to pick up your purchase, that's fine. We are required to charge 9.25% TN sales tax for any order that is picked up or delivered in TN.
